Wreath Laying : Burns Monument Mauchline

Bro James Bell RWPGM and a deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire attended the wreath laying ceremony at Burns Monument Mauchline to celebrate the birth of our national Bard Robert Burns.

A very well attended event with local lodges, Lodge St David (Tarbolton) Mauchline No 133 & Lodge Tarbolton Kilwinning St James 135 well represented along with a deputation from Ayrshire Young Masons.

The Ayrshire young Masons Chairman Bro Thomas Lynch along with Bro James Bell RWPGM presenting Burns Memorial homes with a cheque for £705. 34 which they raised by completing a sponsored walk of the River Ayr Way from source to Sea, 44 miles in total a magnificent achievement by Bro Thomas Lynch 126, Bro Greg Larmour 126, Bro Steven Borland 135 & Bro Phil Kennedy 126.
